It’s that time of year again. No, not the holidays. That time of year when you have to spend all the money in your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) so you don’t lose it. You’ve been contributing to it all year long, so make sure it isn’t wasted. It’s also time to use up any insurance benefits that will expire on December 31st. Make sure you take full advantage of all your health benefits and come in to AZ Chiropractic or AZ Physical Medicine before the end of the year.

There are several ways you can spend the leftover dollars in your FSA here at AZ Chiropractic – besides an adjustment. We offer massage therapy, physical therapy, trigger point injections, allergy testing, and many other services. This is the time of year you want to feel great, so take advantage of a massage and adjustment, or get a trigger point injection to alleviate pain. To feel fantastic all year long, get an allergy test done to see if there are things that you can avoid to help you feel better.

Also, check your insurance benefits so you can use them before you lose them. Some insurance policies offer 12 visits to the chiropractor each year. Or a certain number of visits to a physical therapist. If you still have some visits left, call us! Your insurance may also cover trigger point injections at a certain number per year. If you would like to find out what your insurance covers, give us a call and we’ll help you figure it all out.

But don’t forget to stock up on all the other items that your FSA can also be used for: co-pays, deductibles, glasses, contacts, medication, first aid items, braces, dental work, medical devices, etc. If you have more questions about how your FSA works or for a complete list of items that your FSA can be used for, click here.

We’re here to help our patients feel better and make sure they take full advantage of their benefits – without leaving dollars on the table. We’ll help you check your benefits for the services we offer, as well as schedule any services that you can use your FSA for. If you have any questions or if there is anything we can help you with, please give us a call today. We look forward to helping you.
